Here is 5 things to stay healthy and strong 💪
1.to stay strong do exercise at least 3 times after you eat lunch dinner and break feast
2.to stay healthy you must eat fruit 🍎 and veggies
3.to stay healthy another way is to drink lots of water 💧 not coke fanta and alcohol 🍷 those are not healthy drinks you can still drink it but not to much
4.to stay healthy you Should not watch TV 📺 that much in the days
5(last one). The things that you can do a lot each day is exercise,reading,playing, and homework 📚

    Great work on completing another Summer Learning Journey activity. There is only one more day left to get those activities done and gain those points so keep blogging and commenting.

    You do a lot of exercise which is great at helping you to keep fit and healthy. What do you do for exercise? I like to go to the gym and go for walks during the day. Water is another great tip in keeping yourself fit and healthy. Do you know how much water we are supposed to drink a day?
